Outlet Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

Accor Plus is looking for a dynamic Outlet Manager to lead its food and beverage outlet in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. You will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive revenue growth while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of outlet operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and financial performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
• Train, motivate, and lead a team of food and beverage professionals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless operations and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
• Handle customer feedback and implement effective service recovery measures.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stay updated on local culinary trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of managerial experience in food and beverage, preferably within a hotel or resort.
• Proven track record of managing outlet operations and driving customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
