About the role
We are looking for a customer‑focused, motivated part‑time sales associate to join our stores in Dammam and Khobar. You will work closely with the store team to ensure product knowledge is up‑to‑date and to contribute to a welcoming atmosphere while delivering excellent service.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and provide professional sales support.
- Assist customers in selecting products and services that best meet their needs.
- Achieve personal and store sales targets while contributing to overall store performance.
- Participate in promotional campaigns and seasonal sales activities.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Required profile
- 0–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Basic computer skills.
- Passion for sales and customer service.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and peak seasons.
