Patient Experience Officer

About the role

The Patient Experience Officer is the first point of contact for patients and visitors at My Clinic, a leading multispecialty outpatient provider in Saudi Arabia. This role ensures a warm, welcoming environment, assists with appointment management, and supports smooth clinical operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming script and a smile.
• Comfort patients by addressing anxieties, answering questions, and maintaining a pleasant reception area.
• Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments using the clinic’s scheduling system.
• Register new patients, update personal and financial information, and verify insurance validity.
• Monitor patient flow, update arrival status, and alert doctors or nurses of any service delays.
• Maintain accurate patient accounts and log any registration issues daily.
• Report all patient complaints and ensure respectful interaction with doctors and staff.

Required profile

• Diploma or any higher qualification degree.
• Experience in customer service, reception, contact centre or call‑centre environments.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and pay close attention to detail.
• Organisational skills and flexibility to handle a dynamic clinic environment.
