About the role
Saudi German Health is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead the pharmacy operations at its Madinah branch, ensuring patient safety and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
- Lead and manage the pharmacy team, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Manage medication inventory, procurement, and cost optimization.
- Develop and implement pharmacy policies, procedures, and patient safety initiatives.
- Collaborate with medical and clinical teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; PharmD or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years total experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or similar leadership role.
- Valid SCFHS classification and registration.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
