PMO Manager

About the role

The PMO Manager will establish, manage, and develop EjadTech’s Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure the adoption of best‑practice project management, robust governance, and alignment of initiatives with the company’s corporate strategy. The role also leads internal strategic projects and oversees the governance of external projects to guarantee compliance with approved plans, standards, and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and evolve the PMO, implementing governance frameworks, policies, and standardized project management methodologies.
• Standardize processes, templates, reporting structures, and dashboards across the organization.
• Manage project intake, prioritization, and resource allocation in line with strategic objectives.
• Ensure all projects adhere to PMO methodologies, governance standards, and quality requirements.
• Continuously improve project management practices and raise PMO maturity.
• Lead internal projects, strategic initiatives, and transformation programs, translating corporate strategy into actionable plans.
• Monitor execution of strategic initiatives, coordinating with departments to achieve organizational goals.
• Oversee governance and monitoring of external projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Track project performance, risks, and operational challenges, managing escalations and corrective actions.
• Facilitate periodic project and portfolio review meetings with stakeholders and executive management.
