Presales Consultant – Education

About the role

The Presales Consultant – Education is a customer‑facing position that shapes, positions and validates end‑to‑end technology solutions for education institutions. You will bridge business requirements with technical design, supporting the full presales lifecycle from opportunity qualification to proposal submission and deal support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder workshops to capture requirements and translate them into solution scope and measurable outcomes.
• Design and validate technology solutions that align with client needs, MIT capabilities and delivery feasibility.
• Prepare bid documents, proposals and commercial inputs while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with presales, delivery, finance and partner teams to ensure seamless hand‑over and implementation.
• Stay up‑to‑date with education technology trends, cloud platforms and integration patterns.

Required profile

• Experience in education technologies and digital learning transformation across public or private institutions.
• Proven presales experience with bid management and client‑facing presentations or workshops.
• Strong analytical and solutioning skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic capability as required.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions.
