Pre‑Sales Representative – Ambient

About the role

The Pre‑Salesman – Ambient will execute pre‑sales calls according to a defined journey plan, ensuring product availability, visibility and replenishment across all customer outlets. The role focuses on driving sales of all SKUs while maintaining high standards of merchandising and asset usage.

Key responsibilities

• Follow designated journey plans, visit all customers, and update routes with new or closed outlets.
• Suggest orders to maximise SKU availability and record accurate stock levels at each outlet.
• Replenish and display products according to merchandising policy, manage company assets (chillers/freezers) and report any misuse or maintenance issues.
• Oversee delivery, collect payments, and ensure temporary credit invoices are collected and filed per policy.
• Process returned products, reconcile with storekeepers, and manage store/back‑room stock to avoid damage.
• Complete all sales‑related administration, deposit daily collections promptly, and sync orders via the Mobile Sales Force Application.
• Maintain a clean vehicle, proper uniform, and professional conduct as a representative of SADAFCO.
