Procurement Business Partner – Tourism

About the role

Efficio is seeking a senior Procurement Business Partner to support its Hospitality & Tourism practice in Saudi Arabia. The role will translate tourism business plans into sourcing and contracting strategies that drive cost optimisation, secure high‑quality partners, and enable seamless pre‑opening, opening, and steady‑state operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement sourcing, route‑to‑market, and contracting strategies for hotels, food & beverage, and guest experience categories.
• Challenge specifications and service levels to balance guest experience, brand standards, and total cost of ownership.
• Deliver measurable value through savings, cost avoidance, and commercial optimisation across operating and capital spend.
• Structure contracts and service models (management agreements, operating contracts, frameworks) aligned to business risk and lifecycle.
• Strengthen negotiation posture for critical packages while mitigating operational risk.
• Develop a 12–24 month procurement roadmap aligned to operational milestones and guide Category Managers in execution.
• Act as trusted commercial advisor to leadership, preparing executive‑ready strategy packs and approval documentation.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or commercial roles, preferably in service‑heavy or operational spend environments.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable commercial value and managing high‑value, time‑critical packages.
• Strong understanding of hospitality and tourism operations and the ability to align procurement with business objectives.
