Product Designer – Digital Consumer Travel Experience

About the role

We are looking for a Product Designer to shape the digital consumer travel experience at Almosafer. You will work with engineers, product managers and other designers to create intuitive booking and travel management solutions across web and mobile platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and understand customer needs, behaviors and pain points to define opportunities.
• Lead discovery activities such as user interviews, surveys and usability tests.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions that balance business goals, technical constraints and platform requirements.
• Translate opportunities into elegant, intuitive experiences and rapidly produce concepts and prototypes.
• Run experiments and validate assumptions to continuously optimise designs.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of product design experience in a consumer‑focused organization with shipped mobile and web products.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, business requirements and user‑centered design.
• Proven ability to plan and conduct UX research and integrate insights into design.
• Excellent communication skills to convey design decisions to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Portfolio showcasing at least three projects that demonstrate design thinking and impact.
