Product Manager – Pharmaceutical & VMS Portfolio

About the role

GT Medical is seeking a results‑driven Product Manager to own its VMS and pharmaceutical portfolios. You will shape product strategy, drive market execution and deliver measurable business growth in the Saudi healthcare market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies and 360‑degree marketing plans for assigned VMS and pharmaceutical portfolios.
• Identify high‑priority business cases to expand the VMS portfolio into new markets and validate sales targets and forecasts.
• Design and manage brand promotional activities, promotional calendars and A&P budgets while ensuring compliance with SFDA regulations.
• Conduct market research, analyse competitor activity, market trends and use data sources such as IQVIA to support decisions.
• Monitor sales performance by channel, region and product, provide actionable insights and work closely with the sales force to achieve commercial objectives.
• Lead cross‑functional projects with sales, regulatory, medical, supply‑chain and other functions, and prepare regular business and marketing reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical or VMS marketing with a proven track record of product launches and market‑share growth.
• Established relationships with physicians, pharmacists and key healthcare stakeholders in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of SFDA regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical and VMS products.
• Experience with market analysis tools and frameworks such as PESTEL and IQVIA.
• Excellent analytical ability to translate market and sales data into actionable business insights.
