Product Owner – FinTech & Digital Banking (6‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the delivery of FinTech and digital banking solutions in Riyadh. The role bridges business stakeholders, technology teams and external partners to turn complex requirements into scalable digital products. You will own the product backlog, shape priorities and guide initiatives from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of digital products and technology initiatives across banking and financial services.
• Define product vision, roadmap and priorities in partnership with business and technology leadership.
• Lead discovery workshops to capture customer needs, operational challenges and commercial objectives.
• Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and delivery plans.
• Build, maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact and technical dependencies.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, UX, data, cybersecurity and operations teams.
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams, technology vendors and third‑party partners.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, product demonstrations and release‑readiness activities.
• Ensure solutions meet security, risk, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Use customer feedback, analytics and performance data to drive continuous product improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Digital Product Lead.
• Strong experience delivering technology products or transformation projects within banking, fintech, payments or financial services.
• Experience working with Agile delivery teams and managing product backlogs.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and digital product delivery.
