Product Specialist – Neuroscience

About the role

The Product Specialist – Neuroscience will represent Johnson & Johnson to healthcare professionals in Riyadh, promoting our neuroscience portfolio in a compliant and evidence‑based manner. The role focuses on driving patient access, communicating product value, and achieving territory performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Maximize patient share by understanding the patient pathway and aligning sales processes with J&J compliance, quality standards, and local regulations.
• Achieve territory sales and market‑share targets for registered neuroscience products.
• Identify short‑ and long‑term business opportunities in collaboration with the Market Access team and business‑unit strategy.
• Engage healthcare professionals through a multichannel approach (face‑to‑face visits, email, phone calls, presentations) in line with the BU strategy.
• Provide accurate, timely call feedback and documentation of engagements.
• Conduct comprehensive account mapping and support access‑expansion initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in pharmaceutical or medical‑device sales, preferably within neuroscience or related therapeutic areas.
• Strong understanding of the patient journey and healthcare ecosystem in Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and adhere to compliance and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with healthcare professionals.
