Production Department Manager – Electronics

About the role

Lenovo is seeking a Production Department Manager to lead end‑to‑end operations of its electronics production line. You will be responsible for driving high‑quality, efficient output while fostering a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee overall production line management and performance.
• Lead team establishment, goal setting, and morale improvement.
• Implement and maintain production systems that support operational execution.
• Manage key performance indicators such as delivery, cost, and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Production Manager in the electronics industry.
• Proficiency in English for everyday communication.
• Ability to manage production operations and meet performance targets.
