Production Engineer

About the role

The Production Engineer at Don Construction Products (DCP) in Saudi Arabia will oversee the entire production process, ensuring high output, quality standards, and efficient resource use. You will align production capabilities with customer demand and operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement daily production plans that match customer orders and operational objectives.
• Monitor production workflows, adjusting processes to improve efficiency and output.
• Collaborate with sales and logistics to forecast demand and schedule production.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the production team, providing training and support.
• Troubleshoot production issues, implement solutions to minimize downtime.
• Ensure machinery and equipment are well‑maintained, coordinating with maintenance teams.
• Prepare and present reports on production performance, planning metrics, and team achievements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Materials, Chemical or related field.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, planning techniques, and quality control methodologies.
