Production Incharge – CNC & WIP Control

About the role

The company is seeking a Production Incharge to lead CNC operations and manage work‑in‑progress (WIP) control within its poles and towers manufacturing plant in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure that raw material reporting, production planning, and shop‑floor execution meet daily targets while supporting the launch of a second production line.

Key responsibilities

• Handle raw‑material receipt reports and create production plans.
• Monitor CNC machine output to achieve daily production goals.
• Supervise WIP control and follow‑up until goods issue (GI) dispatch, maintaining accurate production data.
• Manage inventory consumption for plates, angles, tools, and consumables; raise indents as needed.
• Program CNC machines for plate and angle processing, including plasma cutting and hole‑milling operations.
• Ensure proper machine care, preventive maintenance, and coordinate minor CNC maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with production teams to optimise workflow and output.
• Support the development and readiness of a second production line.
• Maintain production records, reports, and shop‑floor discipline.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in CNC programming and production supervision within heavy fabrication or poles & towers manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of plasma cutting, hole milling, and plate & angle processing.
• Proven ability to manage WIP, inventory control, and production reporting.
• Experience troubleshooting CNC machines and coordinating maintenance.
• Leadership skills with a target‑oriented mindset.

What we offer

• Basic salary of 2,000 SAR per month
• Allowance of 500 SAR per month
• Overtime as per company policy
