About the role
The Project Assistant supports Gulf Associates’ consultancy team by managing logistics and research for high‑stakes commercial decisions across the Gulf region. Working fully remote, you will ensure project timelines, data, and documentation are accurate and readily available before key client calls.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain internal project schedules to meet all client‑engagement milestones.
- Conduct primary research on regional companies and counterparty structures using public records and industry news.
- Draft concise briefs that summarise the commercial landscape of specific sectors.
- Monitor regulatory shifts and news cycles to flag potential strategic impacts.
- Organise digital file structures and keep project documentation secure and accessible.
- Format internal documents and presentations to meet professional standards of clarity.
- Coordinate communication between specialist advisors to ensure consistent project flow.
Required profile
- Strong curiosity about business expansion and sovereign capital dynamics.
- Detail‑oriented with a habit of double‑checking facts and documents.
- Comfortable handling sensitive regional information with discretion.
- Self‑directed and able to manage time effectively in a fully remote environment.
- Interest in economic trends and a willingness to quickly learn Gulf‑region specifics.
