Project Control Manager

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Control Manager to lead project controls throughout the Engineering, Construction and Installation (ECI) stage and Design & Build delivery. The role will ensure rigorous cost, schedule and performance reporting for large‑scale construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated reporting tools covering cost, schedule and risk.
• Track project milestones and align them with the payment schedule.
• Monitor deliverables against interim payment triggers and flag variances.
• Support the Project Director with accurate forecasting, variance analysis and regular performance reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Project Management.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in project controls on large‑scale construction projects.
• Previous experience with sports facilities or mega‑event venues is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Experience with cost control systems.
• Ability to design and maintain reporting dashboards.
