About the role
ABANA Enterprises Group Co. is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of multiple projects. You will act as a communication hub, track progress, and manage documentation to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to defining project scope and objectives.
- Organise and manage project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Monitor project progress, address issues, and escalate risks when necessary.
- Prepare and maintain up‑to‑date project documentation and tracking records.
- Evaluate project performance using reporting tools.
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to resolve outstanding actions.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the project team.
- Facilitate compliance with established project procedures and documentation standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in project coordination or project support roles (preferred).
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office suite.
- Project management software.
