About the role
The Project Coordinator will support the execution of departmental projects by managing schedules, resources, and communications to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules and activities across teams.
- Prepare and place orders for supplies and services.
- Track progress, results and prepare regular status reports.
- Document communications and produce minutes of meetings.
- Utilize resources efficiently to meet operational targets within cost and time constraints.
- Identify and resolve issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with policies, health, safety and environmental procedures.
- Support business process improvement by maintaining written procedures and seeking automation opportunities.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Administration.
- 0‑2 years of experience (fresh graduate acceptable).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Team player with good time‑management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication, creativity and adaptability.
