About the role
The Project Coordinator will act as the central hub for project activities, ensuring that timelines, resources, and documentation are managed efficiently across multiple departments. This position supports the successful delivery of projects by maintaining schedules, facilitating communication, and monitoring progress.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines.
- Coordinate activities between Marketing, Procurement, Finance, Suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor task execution and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Organize meetings, record minutes, and distribute follow‑up actions.
- Prepare and submit regular project progress reports.
- Track contracts, proposals, approvals, and related documentation.
- Identify potential risks, delays, or issues and escalate them to management.
- Maintain organized project documentation and records.
Required profile
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on problem‑solving.
