Project Manager – 380kV Substation (BSP)

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead 380kV BSP substation projects from mobilization through energisation and hand‑over. The role ensures compliance with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) requirements, maintains project schedules, budgets, quality, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project execution, including engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning.
• Manage project schedule, cost, resources, manpower and material requirements.
• Coordinate with SEC, consultants, clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, achieve milestones on time and implement corrective actions for risks.
• Ensure compliance with SEC/NG‑SEC standards, quality and HSE requirements.
• Handle commercial matters, variations, claims and cost optimisation.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure timely documentation and final hand‑over.

Required profile

• Proven experience in EPC substation projects within Saudi Arabia.
• Familiarity with SEC, National Grid SA or major utility projects.
• Track record of delivering substation civil works safely, on budget and on schedule.
• Immediate availability and transferable iqama is an advantage.
