Project Manager – High Rise Towers, Makkah

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high‑rise towers development in Makkah. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction lifecycle, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, manage schedules, and control costs throughout the project.
• Prepare and submit deliverables, status reports, and change‑request documentation.
• Establish and execute effective communication plans with all stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale construction projects, preferably high‑rise developments.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to work autonomously.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (highly advantageous).
