Project Manager

About the role

GeologicAI is seeking a Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of client projects from contract execution through completion. Based in Saudi Arabia, you will work closely with regional stakeholders and the company’s Canadian headquarters, coordinating across time zones and cultures.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall project delivery, outcomes, and accountability.
• Lead clear, proactive communication with clients and internal teams.
• Build and maintain project plans, milestones, risk registers, and delivery cadence.
• Coordinate with global Operations, Processing, Geoscience, Engineering, and Data teams.
• Track and communicate project status, risks, and readiness.
• Manage issues and escalations calmly and structurally.
• Ensure alignment with contracted scope (POs / SOWs) and support invoicing accuracy.
• Maintain clear documentation, decisions, and risk records.
• Promote safe, compliant, and predictable delivery.
• Conduct regular site visits to build relationships.

Required profile

• Background in project management, operations coordination, engineering services, or technical programmes in complex environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively across cultures and time zones.
• Professionalism in international business settings.
