Project Manager – Junior to Senior (Saudi National)

About the role

AtkinsRealis is looking for motivated Saudi nationals to join our Al Ula team as Project Managers. The role supports the design and delivery of residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects, working closely with senior architects and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing architectural designs, concepts and technical documentation.
• Create drawings, specifications and presentation material under senior guidance.
• Develop 3D models and visualisations using Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and BIM tools.
• Coordinate design and construction teams to ensure accurate on‑site implementation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to meet design, budget and schedule requirements.
• Support tender preparation and design review processes.
• Research new materials, technologies and sustainable design strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management or related field.
• 3 to 12 years of experience in project or program management within the construction sector.
• Strong communication skills in English and knowledge of Saudi building codes.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
