About the role

Advance Real Estates is seeking a Property Management Specialist to oversee the daily operations of its portfolio in Jeddah. The role involves ensuring properties are well‑maintained, tenants are satisfied, and owners receive accurate performance reports.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of assigned properties, including inspections and presentation standards.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, supervising contractors and service providers.
• Serve as primary contact for tenants, handling inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
• Conduct move‑in and move‑out inspections and work to improve tenant retention.
• Prepare tenancy agreements, manage lease renewals, and register contracts through the Ejar platform.
• Monitor rental payments, follow up on overdue amounts, and prepare collection and aging reports.
• Receive maintenance requests, assign work orders, and ensure contractor performance meets SLAs.
• Produce monthly owner reports covering occupancy, maintenance summaries, and operational recommendations.
• Maintain complete property records in the CRM and ensure compliance with Saudi real‑estate regulations and REGA requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Facilities Management or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in property management, real‑estate operations, leasing administration, or facilities management.

Required skills

• Experience using the Ejar platform.
• CRM experience (Zoho CRM preferred).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of property management software such as Yardi, SAP RE, Oracle.
