QA/QC Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control activities for a Tree Holding Facility project. The role involves implementing a robust quality management system and ensuring compliance throughout design review and construction supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System.
• Oversee all QA/QC activities during design review and construction supervision.
• Review design documents, drawings, material submittals and method statements.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits and quality assessments.
• Monitor contractor performance and enforce approved quality procedures.
• Identify non‑conformities and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Prepare quality reports, inspection records and management review documentation.
• Lead internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with codes, standards and regulations.
• Promote continuous improvement and quality excellence across the project.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of QA/QC management experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in design review and construction supervision.
• Strong knowledge of international quality standards, including ISO 9001.
• Experience in large‑scale infrastructure, landscaping or facility development projects is preferred.
• Professional certifications in Quality Management are an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
