Quality Assurance & Food Safety Manager

About the role

The Quality Assurance & Food Safety Manager will lead the design, implementation and maintenance of quality and food safety programs for our operations in Al Madinah. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that all processes comply with local and international regulations while supporting continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor comprehensive quality assurance and food safety systems.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct internal audits, risk assessments and root‑cause analyses.
• Manage quality control procedures across production and service areas.
• Train and mentor staff on quality and safety best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align standards and drive consistent performance.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in quality assurance and quality management practices.
• In‑depth knowledge of food safety regulations and their practical application.
• Experience in food manufacturing and food & beverage operations.
• Proficiency in performing audits, risk assessments and root‑cause analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in food science, quality management or a related field.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Professional certifications in quality or food safety (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) are highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑management skills.
