Quality Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality function at our office and hospitality furniture factory in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust Quality Management System that meets ISO 9001 standards and drives continuous improvement across production and supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and define Critical Control Points (CCPs).
• Manage defects, conduct root cause analysis, and lead corrective actions to reduce rejection rates and customer complaints.
• Prepare weekly quality reports covering defect rate, Cost of Quality (COQ) and rework levels.
• Oversee supplier quality, monitor material quality, and manage supplier scorecards.
• Train production teams on quality standards and promote a “Quality First” culture.
• Collaborate with Production and Supply Chain to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in furniture manufacturing, preferably with wood and metal.
• Strong experience with ISO systems and quality tools.
• Good knowledge of painting, welding, cutting and assembly processes.
• Ability to address quality issues professionally and drive corrective actions.
