R&D Engineer – Metal Sheets (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The company is seeking a qualified R&D Engineer to support its metal‑sheet manufacturing activities in Saudi Arabia. You will work on product development, experimental design and technical documentation for façade, aluminium, wood, carpentry, duct, metal sheet and panel board projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments for new metal‑sheet products and processes.
• Develop prototypes, conduct data analysis and validate performance against specifications.
• Prepare technical reports, research methodology documents and product documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate research outcomes into manufacturable solutions.
• Maintain compliance with local labour regulations and company standards.

Required profile

• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in research and development, preferably in metal‑sheet or related manufacturing.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
