Real Estate Business Development Specialist

About the role

Al Jeri Investment is seeking a Real Estate Business Development Specialist to join its Riyadh team. You will play a key part in identifying growth opportunities, analysing market trends, and supporting the company’s expansion in the real‑estate sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business and investment opportunities in real estate.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends, competitors and potential opportunities.
• Develop new business opportunities and support growth and expansion plans.
• Evaluate potential real‑estate projects and investment prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors and partners.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, market studies and periodic reports.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to support development and execution of new opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in business development within the real‑estate sector.
• Good knowledge of the real‑estate market and investment opportunities.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Strong relationship‑building and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting.
