About the role
We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for our Riyadh office. The role focuses on attracting, evaluating and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring compliance with Saudi labour regulations and supporting our employer branding initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from receiving hiring requests to issuing job offers.
- Publish vacancies on online job boards and professional platforms such as LinkedIn and TAQAT.
- Source candidates through CV databases, professional networks and recruitment agencies.
- Screen and assess applicants against approved criteria and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Participate in interviews, document outcomes and prepare offer letters.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date candidate database for future hiring needs.
- Prepare periodic recruitment reports for management.
- Handle international recruitment and liaise with approved agencies when required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and Saudi labour regulations.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms.
