Regional Project Installation & Commissioning Manager

About the role

The Regional Project Installation & Commissioning Manager (Project ICM) coordinates the Installation & Commissioning phase of Siemens Energy projects from hand‑over to execution closure. Working from the Dammam facility, you will lead activities across multiple Middle‑East projects to ensure customer satisfaction, contractual compliance, and budget adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate installation and commissioning from project hand‑over to closure.
• Lead installation and commissioning activities to meet contract, budget, and schedule goals.
• Support Global Project Managers in negotiating and executing local I&C contracts.
• Monitor offshore construction yard activities and equipment arrival status.
• Track I&C budget, assess scope deviations, and forecast time and cost.
• Plan and reserve field service resources (internal and external vendors).
• Secure local documentation such as visas, work permits, and sea passports.
• Ensure compliance with local Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures.
• Provide regular I&C status reports to global and regional project teams.
• Facilitate weekly progress meetings and daily site coordination.
• Prepare and coordinate site activities for acceptance testing and PAC sign‑off.
• Assist during Site Performance Guarantee Testing and manage punch‑list actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 72 months (6 years) of experience in installation and commissioning projects.
• Experience working on Middle‑East projects and offshore construction environments.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross‑functional resources.
