About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and oversee our multi‑branch operations. The role focuses on driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, optimizing profitability and enhancing the customer experience across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Drive regional sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies for sustainable business growth.
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance across all branches.
• Enhance customer experience and improve satisfaction metrics.
• Manage profitability by controlling labor, food, waste and OPEX.
• Improve workforce productivity and optimize manpower planning.
• Develop digital sales channels and customer loyalty initiatives.
• Analyze sales, financial and operational performance to support strategic decisions.
• Lead, coach and develop Regional, Area and Restaurant Managers.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and HR teams.
• Drive organizational culture, values and change‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in multi‑branch operations, sales or regional management, preferably in QSR.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, KPIs and operational performance.
• Strong leadership and team‑development skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
