About the role
The Regional Training Officer (Sales) will support the Regional Training Manager in delivering learning solutions that boost sales performance across the region. The role focuses on equipping employees with the right skills, knowledge and attitude through classroom and on‑the‑job training.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Regional Training Manager in achieving regional learning objectives.
- Deliver classroom and on‑the‑job training sessions to sales teams across the region.
- Develop and adapt training packages that meet the specific needs of employees.
- Monitor and assess training effectiveness to enhance operational efficiency.
Required profile
- Diploma or undergraduate degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training or supervisory roles.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Coaching, analytical and presentation abilities.
- Team‑player attitude.
