Registered Nurse – Clinical Care

About the role

The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients in a clinical setting. Working closely with physicians and the multidisciplinary team, the RN will assess health needs, develop individualized care plans, and ensure accurate medical records.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, including physical exams, vital signs, and symptom monitoring.
• Develop, implement, and update personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring for side effects and adverse reactions.
• Provide wound care, including cleaning, dressing, and infection surveillance.
• Assist physicians during procedures and diagnostic tests.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
• Document patient observations, interventions, and responses accurately.
• Respond to medical emergencies, follow code and rapid response protocols.
• Maintain infection-control standards, participate in surveillance, and ensure proper use of PPE.
• Support junior staff and nursing students, offering guidance and supervision.

Required profile

• Valid Registered Nurse license.
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals.
