About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in a clinical setting. The role involves assessing patients, developing care plans, administering treatments, and collaborating with physicians and the wider healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, including physical exams, vital signs, and symptom monitoring.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor for side effects, and document interventions.
• Provide wound care, assist during procedures, and respond to medical emergencies.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper infection-control practices.
• Participate in rounding, surveillance, and reporting to improve patient safety.
• Supervise junior staff and nursing students, offering guidance and support.
