About the role

We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused representative to join our growing remote team. You will be the first point of contact, delivering professional support across phone, email and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, billing and company policies.

• Identify and resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues when needed.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
