About the role
PulseMediaNL is looking for a proactive Remote Virtual Assistant to provide essential administrative and coordination support. You will work fully remotely, helping the team stay organized, communicate effectively, and keep projects on track.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle email correspondence promptly and professionally.
- Assist with data entry, file organization, and record maintenance across departments.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate tasks, follow‑ups, and deadlines for multiple projects.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Support ongoing projects with research, organization, and execution tasks.
- Track progress on assigned tasks and provide regular updates.
- Use productivity tools, CRM systems, and communication platforms to maintain data integrity and improve workflows.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience as a virtual or administrative assistant.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and problem‑solving capability.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
