Resort Director of Sales

About the role

Accor Plus is seeking an enthusiastic and visionary Resort Director of Sales to lead sales for its luxury resort in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of the executive team, you will shape the resort’s market positioning and drive revenue growth in a fast‑expanding tourism market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Lead, coach and motivate a high‑performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
• Create and manage annual budgets, forecasts and performance metrics for all sales activities.
• Identify new market opportunities, focusing on luxury travel and tourism across the Middle East.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing to align sales and promotional efforts.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
• Represent the resort at industry events, trade shows and networking functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7‑10 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably within luxury resorts.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
• Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern tourism landscape and luxury travel market.
