Retail Salesperson – Jeddah

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, customer‑focused Salesperson to join our retail team in Jeddah. You will drive in‑store sales, deliver excellent service, and support daily store operations to meet revenue and satisfaction targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, identify needs, present products, and close sales.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets by increasing conversion and average transaction value.
• Provide outstanding service, handle inquiries, returns, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, including promotions and new arrivals.
• Process sales accurately using the POS system and handle cash/e‑payments.
• Support merchandising standards, restock, organize displays, and keep the sales floor clean.
• Assist with inventory tasks, receive shipments, conduct stock counts, and report discrepancies.
• Participate in store meetings, training, and product briefings.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management on promotions and events.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; sales or marketing education is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer‑facing sales experience (recent graduates with strong service skills are welcome).
• Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
