Revenue Manager – Hotel Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Revenue Manager to drive revenue growth across our iconic hotels within the Accor network. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Reservations teams to optimise pricing, inventory and overall revenue performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue strategies for the hotel.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to adjust strategies.
• Lead weekly/bi‑weekly Revenue Management meetings, providing insights based on reporting data.
• Produce topline revenue forecasts and identify opportunities to increase profit across all revenue centres.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and optimise pricing and inventory.
• Mentor and coach junior team members in revenue management practices.
• Collaborate with sales, finance and front‑office teams to achieve revenue goals.
• Ensure reservations are well managed and coordinate with the reservations team.
• Drive market share within the competitive set and optimise RevPAR using distribution channels.
• Maintain data quality and system hygiene of revenue management and distribution applications.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to work independently and thrive in collaborative environments.
• Strong analytical skills and capacity to make strategic decisions that enhance revenue growth.
• Proficiency in revenue management principles.
• Experience with the IDeaS Revenue Management Platform is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of the distribution landscape, including online travel agencies.
