Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate will represent the brand in a retail environment, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. You will maintain store standards, support visual merchandising, and contribute to a positive shopping experience while following operational guidelines set by the Store Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to suitable products, converting browsers into buyers.
• Promote the loyalty program and educate shoppers on product features, benefits, care instructions, and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Maintain a well‑groomed appearance and stay flexible for extended hours during peak periods.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively according to visual merchandising guidelines and manage stock, including clearance items.
• Accurately operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, process payments, issue receipts, and balance the cash till.
• Record inventory movements, replenish the sales floor, and follow loss‑prevention policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Previous experience in a sales or retail role is preferred.
• Professional appearance and willingness to work flexible hours.
