Sales & Business Development Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to further expand VAHLE's business in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on increasing market share for busbar and conductor rail systems across crane, intralogistics and port sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Increase sales penetration and market share for VAHLE in the KSA market, focusing on busbar and conductor rail systems for crane, intralogistics and port applications.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and business development strategy for Saudi Arabia.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key accounts, contractors, and consultants.
• Prepare proposals, tenders, and commercial offers in collaboration with cross‑functional and international teams.
• Develop a channel partner network (EPCs, distributors, integrators) in key markets and maintain close relationships.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Promote the full VAHLE product and service portfolio.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• 6+ years of sales and business development experience in a technical environment.
• Experience in the EOT crane, port equipment or logistics industry is an advantage.
• Strong techno‑commercial mindset with experience in project sales, system solutions, and aftermarket business.
• Proven ability to drive sales processes for complex electrical engineering products from plan to close.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
