Sales Executive – Food Service (Riyadh)

About the role

Join MBRF as a Sales Executive focused on Food Service (FS) customers in Riyadh. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence, ensuring product availability, and delivering excellent service to both existing and new clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing and potential FS customers, guaranteeing strong service and product availability.
• Identify new sales opportunities through field activities, leads, referrals and follow‑up with prospects to support business growth.
• Promote and sell MBRF products and services, understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Follow up on customer collections, coordinating with relevant teams to address outstanding payments.
• Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc sales reports with accurate and timely information.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics, Finance and Sales Excellence teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support special sales initiatives to improve stock movement and achieve business objectives.
• Adhere to company HSE, food safety, quality and safe‑working procedures, completing required trainings and reporting concerns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous FMCG sales experience, preferably as a Sales Executive or Merchandiser.
• Good command of Arabic and basic English, both written and spoken.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to prepare sales reports.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
