Sales Manager – Interior, Furnishing, Tiles & Sanitary

About the role

Lead the sales performance and day‑to‑day commercial operations of an assigned department within the ABYAT showroom, ensuring sales targets are met, customers receive excellent service, and product availability and presentation are optimal.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve department sales, margin and commercial targets; monitor performance and take corrective actions.
• Drive upselling, cross‑selling and conversion while tracking KPIs, customer traffic and sales opportunities.
• Lead, coach and motivate sales associates, set individual targets, conduct briefings and ensure proper manpower coverage.
• Maintain product knowledge, ensure correct display, pricing and stock availability, and coordinate with merchandising and inventory teams.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, installation and after‑sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and compliance with procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Retail Management or related field.
• 6‑8 years of retail sales experience, preferably in home improvement, furniture, building materials or large‑format retail.
• Minimum 1‑2 years in a supervisory or team‑leadership role with proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Strong understanding of retail sales operations, customer service and sales techniques.
