About the role
This contract position is based on‑site in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The Sales Manager will lead sales operations, manage a team, and drive business growth for Giordano International’s retail and fashion stores in the region.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet regional targets.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting.
- Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve objectives.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Identify market trends and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute business initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and revenue generation.
- Strong team‑management and leadership abilities.
- Expertise in market analysis, strategic planning, and goal setting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Background in retail or fashion is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with sales tools.
- Experience using CRM systems.
