About the role

The Sales Manager is responsible for proactively generating and handling sales opportunities for our Jeddah location. You will lead day‑to‑day sales activities, build long‑term customer relationships, and ensure timely turnover to support service delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing and new customers through sales calls, entertainment events, FAM trips, and trade shows.
  • Coordinate with off‑property sales channels to avoid duplication and maximize coverage.
  • Participate in sales calls, prepare proposals, draft contracts, and manage customer correspondence.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activity, and target customer needs to drive revenue growth.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to increase account share and loyalty.

Required profile

  • Either a 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with at least 3 years of sales/marketing experience, or a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
