Sales Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

The Sales Manager will drive proactive sales initiatives across Saudi Arabia, ensuring timely turnover of business for optimal service delivery. This full‑time role focuses on building long‑term, value‑based relationships with customers to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with existing and new customers through sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, and trade shows.
• Coordinate with off‑property sales channels to avoid duplication and maximize coverage.
• Participate in sales calls, generate proposals, draft contracts, and manage customer correspondence.
• Identify new business opportunities by analysing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to strengthen loyalty and grow account share.
• Provide accurate turnover information to Event Management and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with 3 years sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 1 year experience.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to understand market dynamics and customer expectations.
