Sales Specialist – Architectural Doors & Building Solutions

About the role

The Sales Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and promoting IDC’s portfolio of doors, windows, glass, aluminium, and metal‑work solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client meetings, prepare and present sales proposals, and follow up on leads.
• Negotiate contracts in coordination with internal project, design, and operations teams.
• Collaborate with project, design, and operations staff to ensure accurate technical information, realistic timelines, and smooth order processing.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends and participate in product training.
• Contribute to sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management.

Required profile

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven B2B sales track record in construction‑related sectors, with experience in technical product training.
• Ability to work on‑site, visit client locations within Riyadh and potentially other regions.
• Organisational and time‑management skills with attention to detail in proposals and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
