Salesperson – Dammam

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Salesperson to drive growth in the Dammam market. You will identify customer needs, present suitable solutions, and build lasting relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Meet assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and performance indicators.
• Prospect new opportunities through calls, visits, digital channels and market research.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in Dammam and surrounding areas.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products, services, and promotions.
• Prepare and submit quotations, sales orders, proposals and other sales documentation.
• Follow up on leads, negotiations, deliveries and payments to ensure conversion.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations and site visits as needed.
• Keep customer and sales data up‑to‑date in the CRM system.
• Monitor pipeline, forecast revenue and report market developments.
• Coordinate with internal teams (service, operations, logistics, finance, marketing) for timely order fulfillment.
• Support after‑sales service, upselling, cross‑selling and account development.
• Track competitor activity, market trends and pricing in the Dammam region.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, field sales, business development or customer service.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and develop customer relationships.
• Knowledge of sales processes, lead generation, negotiation and order fulfillment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with sales applications.
• Use of point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
